Our approach
We keep cookies to a minimum. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you choose “Accept analytics”. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Essential cookies (always on)
nx4_consent: remembers your cookie choice. Lasts 6 months.
WordPress sign-in cookies (names starting wordpress_): only set when a client or our team signs in to the client portal or admin. They end when you sign out or after up to 14 days.
Google reCAPTCHA: when you use the contact form on the live site, Google may set a cookie to tell people and spam bots apart. This is needed to keep the form secure.
Optional analytics cookies (only with your consent)
_ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics, used to count visits and see which pages are useful. They last up to 2 years. If you choose “Essential only”, these are not set, and existing ones are removed.
Other services
In the client portal, Google Maps may set cookies when it suggests addresses. The portal is only used by signed-in clients.
